IT is Please to inform that We have managed to recover spooler subsystem app issue printers that are not working or printing failure due printer spooler service We have studied article of Microsoft :support.microsoft.com/kb/324757 and made utility accordingly.
1) Make sure Admin rights are necessary to run this tool.
2) Make sure that you have spoolsv.exe from original Windows XP CD is also with this utility in the same folder.

Simple utility to fix this error its a free antivirus, first remove the printer driver software from computer and scan with the this little Indonesian program called http://ANSAV.com (ansav-beta.zip) spooler subsystem app error recovery tool utility. it’s a free tool to recover spooler subsystem and then install printer driver after system virus cleaning complete. then restart computer to take effect.
