Since we sell services that are non-tangible and can’t be returned back, we do not give refunds but if we cannot work due to over load and work related to that, not accomplished and you’re not satisfied with the quality of our services, if your dissatisfaction reasons are obvious or proven we may discuss compensation (if you convince us that the provided services are of improper quality).
